I had originally rated five stares. I have had to amend this as they closed the store without any notice to customers. The next location is hours away. I have contacted them three times as to how I am supposed to honor the inspection contract, and have had ZERO response. My first ring lost stones 8 times. Finally, the said it must have been a bad pour, that the metal composition was bad. Ok, it happens. I was pretty bummed to give up my engagement ring but they did replace it. They closed within hours of calling me to tell me my wedding rings were ready for pickup! Where are my rings now??? The only way I can post this is to give it a star, otherwise it deserves nothing but a lawsuit
