We have had an awful time with our bracelet. My wife loved it, but the first week it broke and need repair. She’s one that’s very careful with her jewelry and I know this because I buy her a lot of it? We got it back after about 3weeks later. She wore it on an off for about a week and it broke while she was tying her shoes? I was there that time and witnessed it. I don’t think I want to keep this anymore, would you be able to assist me in returning it since she hasn’t even wore it a whole week and it’s over 30 days?
I had a wonderful experience! I had custom pieces made, which Emily helped design with me. The pieces came out beautifully. Emily went above and beyond to help me. I couldn't say enough good things about her.
