I visited this store with my father on a Sunday and found a Tag Heuer watch I really liked. After looking at the display model closely, I noticed a few nicks and scratches (most likely from customers handling the piece), and requested a brand new one instead of what they had in store. The salesperson was very accomodating (Kim) and got the brand new watch with protective coverings and plastic to me in a matter of a few days.
