Tony and his staff have set the bar for customer service, value and genuinely caring about their customer's experience. My wife had a vision of what she was looking for and Tony was able to make it happen. Together they designed a pair of earrings which were exactly what my wife wanted. Tony and his team brought her vision to life in record time and for a very reasonable price. We have been shopping with Hannoush for 10 years and would never consider going anywhere else.
My watch broke so I went to Hannoush to see if it could be repaired. They looked at it and said they could send it out however the company may takes awhile to fix it. I'm already feeling funny not having a watch on so the next day I decided to purchase a new watch. The service I received was exceptional and was treated very well. I ended up getting a great deal on my watch and plan on going back to Hannoush in the future!
Tony is exceptional ! Went with my husband to search for a new diamond/ band (i lost my first one yikes another story lol) we shopped around Tony’s knowledge and great personality was unmatched.I knew right away he was the one I wanted to work with . We didn’t feel pressured by him .He went over every item we looked at in full detail. His prices were very reasonable. Anytime we go visit Tony , he feels like family to us now. Best jeweler in southern nh area. Tony holds his craft to a high standard. Is very open about pricing and explains everything thoroughly. Helped create a beautiful engagement ring that came out wonderfully. Could not have been happier with the quality and the experience coming in. Will not regret coming here, has by business for life.
