Tony and his staff have set the bar for customer service, value and genuinely caring about their customer's experience. My wife had a vision of what she was looking for and Tony was able to make it happen. Together they designed a pair of earrings which were exactly what my wife wanted. Tony and his team brought her vision to life in record time and for a very reasonable price. We have been shopping with Hannoush for 10 years and would never consider going anywhere else.
I was recommended to Tony and family at Hannoush by a friend of the family who said they have been doing business with Them for quite a few years and have made several big dollar purchases. They said no matter what Tony and company stand behind what they sell to their customers and will always care. I have been going to Tony @ Hannoush in Manchester for several years now. I always feel so welcome walking through the doors and I love that there is never any pressure put on me as I browse their beautiful jewelry, I have purchased some BEAUTIFUL pieces from them at very reasonable costs as well. The wonderful customer service, quality and costs keep me coming back.
Walked in, the gentlemen(one of the twins) was very professional and helpful, until he asked the owner about how my watch could be fixed, the owner, in front of other customers out loud said: "We can't fix this, this is a knock off, instead you can buy another online for 100 to 150 dollars". First of all, it was a gift, second, I didn't ask him if it was real or fake, nor where to buy another.
