Rude, disrespectful and not personable in the slightest, pushy and didn't listen to what I was after at all.
We went in knowing the type of ring we wanted, and Zhanna was fantastic. She listened to our requests, found EXACTLY what we were looking for and at a great price. We are very happy with the ring purchased. We had gone into After Midnight first, and it was a disaster. The woman tried to sell us a ring that was 2X our budget and not even close to what we were looking for. She was set on selling us this one ring and would not even show us what we wanted to see. Very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Came here for fiance's engagement ring. Came back for a necklace for Christmas, and yesterday we were back again for our wedding bands. You can't beat the quality of the products and the level of customer service. 5 Star and recommendations forth coming.
phase 1: I'll give it "1" star, only because the ring I purchased WAS beautiful. It went downhill from there. I purchased it a little big, but was told "no prob", because we can resize in store.. I had it less than 2 months and was married. The engagement ring when compared to wedding ring was already tarnished. I've used no chemicals and was told it must have been the PH levels in my skin.. After searching many of the South Burlington area jewelers, I found Hannoush in the University Mall to be the best. Not only were the quality of gemstones and settings superior to many other pricier stores, the customer service was genuine and thoughtful. At Hannoush I never felt as if I was being pushed into a sale, as I did with many other jewelry shops. I found a beautiful engagement ring and will be going back to buy matching wedding rings.
