Their customer service is terrible. They don't answer the phone or return your calls in a timely manner and it takes two and three times of calling them to get an appointment or reschedule an appointment that they themselves canceled. This happened to us repeatedly and extended the time my daughter has been in braces. They are also very rough when making adjustments. My younger daughter may also need braces and we will be going elsewhere.

Recommended5 stars...You won’t find better personal and professional service. Wonderful “family” atmosphere. From customer service to treatment services, their caring team nailed it all. Our girls’ felt like rock stars when they left.

RecommendedMy Hannah was a patient here and I never had to fight her to go to an orthodontist appointment. She loved all of the staff at the Gastonia office! When my Emma needed braces (Like Dr. Hannon said she would, when she tagged along to Hannah's first consultation) Hannon Orthodontics was my first choice. They have once again made taking a child to the orthodontist easy. They make sure the kids are comfortable from the first vist and to me that is a major accomplishment!
