I worked with this firm to get my car’s tailgate repaired after an 18 wheeler accident. Everyone was so professional, friendly, and communicative! A case manager by the name of Luis Olayrivera was always patient and available for any questions I had. I am so happy with the way the firm has accommodated our needs with our case! They have continued to communicate with us the entire way through and answered any and all questions we have had! They have continually checked in to see how I’m feeling and reminded me of upcoming doctors appointments.
