I am so happy with the way the firm has accommodated our needs with our case! They have continued to communicate with us the entire way through and answered any and all questions we have had! They have continually checked in to see how I’m feeling and reminded me of upcoming doctors appointments. I put in touch with Anthony Franzetti (senior counsel) in the hopes that he could answer some questions for me -- and he could not have been more helpful! It was basically a cold call and totally pro bono, but he took the time answer my questions at length, give me a encyclopedic amount of advice and recommendations, and walk me through every step of the process (we were on the phone for nearly 45 minutes).
