Patients of Blessing be aware! Just received a bill for a visit 2 years 8 months ago! No calls, notes, or even a balance on previous bills stating that there was a balance due pending insurance. We had absolutely no idea this bill wasn’t paid in full by insurance, as far as we knew we were totally paid up. Made a few calls to Blessing, one that was very rude and ended badly, and got 0% help in resolving the issue. I went into clinic with some chest pain. They referred me right away to ER. SHORTLY THEREAFTER I had stent placed and I am doing well. Thankful for their quick response.
