The staff at Franklin's Big Country really know what they are talking about. They were honest in answering my questions about my trailer and I left very satisfied with my experience.
We got a great price on our new RV from Franklin's Big Country. This is the best location to shop for RV's.
It was nice that they left us to shop, and weren't pushy. The staff that we did work with, were super friendly and knowledgeable about all of their products. We felt that their prices were more than fair, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an RV.
The staff here is excellent. They're willing to explain anything that you ask about. We've gone to other places that would just hand us some keys and send us out on the lot to look at things on our own. Franklin's didn't and that's what separates them from the rest.
We were passing through on our way west when our fridge shot craps. Though these people were swamped with work, they took time out to get us repaired and on our way. Hopefully the need will not arise, but we would not hesitate to come back to Franklin's.
