Been going to Hanneman and Ward since before kindergarten. I’m now in my mid 30s. Sadly the staff that’s taken over isn’t the same. The Dentist and the front staff need to have a serious talk about transparency. Me and the family will be looking for a new dentist closer to home. I would recommend them for you if you like surprise bills and having to call your insurance company after a visit to see what they messed up this time.Ps. I had a pleasant experience at Hanneman and Ward. The dentist I saw was Dr. Rome. He’s great at what he does because he’s doing an excellent job at fixing my teeth. He’s a real nice guy, you can tell he really cares, makes you feel comfortable. The dental assistant Kendall is very kind, she did a good job. Overall it’s a great dental facility, most definitely recommend Dr. Rome.
