I had a great experience at this bridal shop!! The manager Kimmy was so nice and made me feel right at home. I trusted her judgment and she did a great job. I found the perfect gown and was really impressed with the service.
The consultants and manager need to improve their customer service and not allow disagreements they may be having to negatively impact their guests. What could have been a lovely afternoon was instead a thoroughly unpleasant experience. Do NOT recommend.
