Extremely pleased I purchased a pontoon swim ladder on-line from Heckel's in Eage River, WI. After I received the item, I discovered it wouldn't work for my pontoon because it would interfere with pontoon lift. When I contacted Heckel's to discuss returning the ladder, I was told there would be a 50% re-stocking fee which I found to UTTERLY ridiculous. For obvious reasons I told them I was disgusted.
