I was so excited to try this salon as I have heard great things! I went in needing to get a refill, i also had no broken nails and didn’t need the shape changed so it was literally just a refill and then i wanted chrome on top of my polish. I looked at the prices on their website beforehand and saw that a refill is $40 and then I obviously planned on the chrome being extra, I just didn’t plan on it being $20 extra! I got my nails done about a week ago and the acrylic was laid very messy, design was messy, Acrylic was thick, strong smell in the salon and in about 1-2 days my nails were pulling up. then a few days ago (about a week with the nails) i went to another salon to get them fixed because they were pulling up so bad, and they were able to just slide a tool under the acrylic to get it off because it was pulling up that much. (sorry i don’t have more pics)

In west chester, The nails themselves look fine. The corners had so much left over acrylic that was pulling up day 1. I had really bad pain in one of my fingers and couldn’t figure out why. The real issue came when i went to take them off. I safely removed all of them and found that almost every single nail was buffed and sanded WAY too thin to the point it’s literally just my skin left. I uploaded pictures to see this.
