The process of hair removal is seldom painless, but Hanna's gentle, yet effective, approach somehow manages to make it nearly so. I am exceedingly pleased with the results I am seeing. I don't even notice facial hairs anymore, they are so fine or just not there anymore. In addition to being highly skilled, Hanna has a kindness and warmth that make for very pleasant experience.
