I've visited Dr. Hannan multiple times, I always have a wonderful experience. I called on a day they were out of the office, I was in extreme pain Dr. Hannan leaves his personal number on the voicemail so I was able to get in touch with him directly. He called me in some medicine that helped me through the rest of the day and fit me into his schedule for the next day. I went to his facility and assistant was nice, but scene quickly changed once Dr entered the room! He doesn't look you in the eyes, he isn't very good at explaining the procedure you need done. He is quickly out of room to go back to office to play on his phone! I had a root canal done that failed due to him doing the work and then needed what's called a apico I believe because he didn't think I needed antibiotics and he just seemed aggravated by my questions about what exactly was going on in my mouth! dr hannon has done two root canals for me. He's super quick and very good about keeping your pain level down during the procedure. His dental assistant has a great personality and very nice and pleasant. Office check in staff was nicer the second time I came in but a little rude the first time.
I was in so much pain from an abscessed tooth, that I showed up this morning as they opened-not at my shceduled time. They fit me in for an emergency root canal, and were VERY understanding of my anxiety/pain level. I have passed out from having blood drawn-so imagine my level of anxiety for this! Dr. Hannan and his assistant were very patient, understanding, and took great care to keep me calm.
