I specifically wanted to leave a review for Sarah in reception. We have been going to hannam for a number of years and through the heartbreaks , Sarah has always been so sweet, kind and professional. She is so wonderful and empathetic. My wife and I absolutely adore her and she just makes difficult days in the clinic a lot more positive and hopeful. Please look after Sarah as she is literally the kind greeting face of the company. Thanks Sarah! You're the best!
I was able to refer myself and had excellent service with Hannam Fertility. They are directly on the subway line and easy to get to. Communication was prompt and I had an amazing experience overall.

I don't know if they're any good at getting you pregnant, but I do know through two cycles with them that they never forgot my medications, told me I was out of luck with mental health side effects of meds, kept me in the dark about my appointments, or made me walk down a hallway in full view of the waiting room without my pants or underwear on, so they're lightyears ahead of my local clinic in Ottawa and absolutely worth the bus ride and higher fees for the experience of being treated like a human being. Amazing experience end to end, felt very well-treated after years at another more transactional clinic. Felt like a 5 star American clinic it was an outstanding experience. I got way more children than I bargained for through Hannah, didn’t think we could have even 1 and are now expecting babies 3 and 4 as a fun little surprise after going for a third. So grateful for their care
