Terrible experience. I’ve never met a doctor with less compassion than Dr.Robb. Before the initial consultation he had already decided he wouldn’t help me. I have a high BMI and am on a weight loss journey. I wanted to hear options on testing my husband and I could have done just to make sure everything was on track. The most insensitive soul crushing experience.
Dr. Robb and the team at Hannam are phenomenal. Against all odds, we have two incredible kids because of Dr.Robb’s brilliance and dedication. The nursing staff, and ultrasound techs (Victoria, especially) were kind, and aware of how taxing it all could be. IVF was a slow process, an expensive endeavour, and at times emotional torture, but I kept going because I had every faith in Dr. Robb. We wouldn’t have our family without him. We had such a positive experience with their natural conception program and were able to have a healthy and successful pregnancy. Huge thanks to Dr.Taher for all her support and guidance. Everyone was super helpful, communication was easy and the resources really made the difference. So grateful for the whole team!
