I’m extremely disappointed with the recent changes in this organization. Since the new staff came in, the level of care and attention given to the children and families has dropped noticeably. It feels like the heart and purpose of the organization have been lost. What’s even more frustrating is the constant push for public donations. The company is highly disorganised, beginning with a management team that shows little regard or respect for its staff. The services team leader lacks both the qualifications and experience necessary for effective leadership and appears to align closely with the Director of Clinical Services and the HR Manager, which raises further concerns. Frontline workers and Play specialist do amazing work. The purpose of Hannah's House and they way it was established is heart felt. It's sad that along the way that instead of a friendly family environment it has become a political and toxic. Be prepared in your first week to get welcomed with about 90 documents with multiple pages that you are asked to read. Management - Some not qualified for what they do and it shows. Kids all have rabies had to return mine as it tried biting me you guys need to sort it out and as i walked in i could smell fish and feces were scattered on the floor. this absolutely disgusts me do better and buy new facilitys
