I booked an appointment for 11:30. When I arrived, they told me my appointment was at 9:30. They claimed they tried to call. I had no missed calls. See screenshot for appointment screen. I also received a confirmation email for an 11:30 appointment. Of course they couldn't take us at 11:30. Very disappointing.
HIGHLY recommend! It’s always a gamble when you book a Groupon massage but I’m so glad I booked this one. They are so sweet, accommodating, and the suite is clean, modern, and comfortable. They got me, my mom, and fiance in at the same time and were super flexible when booking. We just came out feeling refreshed and rejuvenated and my mom immediately said “that was the best massage of my life.” If you’re on the fence, book it!
Went here for the valentines couples special and it was suchhh a treat! Boyfriend and I both had an amazing relaxing time. Hot stone and heat was a bonus surprise! HIGHLY recommend!
