Very unprofessional. Lack of communication from start to finish. I filed an insurance claim because my basement flooded and was set to have this company complete the work for me. It took them almost two weeks for them to provide an estimate to my insurance and every time I would call to get a status update from them they would either not answer my call or call me back.
