Contact office 3months before to get a call the day before to reschedule my daughter’s appointment for next years. Spoke with the office manager Evette and stated that there was nothing that can be done “more severe cases”. First thing is you don’t even know my daughter severalty level considering she’s was a potential NEW PATIENT!. I understand events comes up (sickness etc) but to get a call last minute is unacceptable in healthcare; in addition my appointment was the first tomorrow morning why am I getting a call at 330pm... read more
