I contacted Letty, the property manager to discuss the possibility of moving there. She told me she had several apartments available and that they work with any type of credit. Nothing is wrong with my report but a few late payments and my 2 credit card were max out at the time which I paid them off right after I applied. Letty is very unprofessional. Paul is her boss. She literally uses him as an excuse on why she does what she does. When I moved in the dishwasher was broken never got fixed. Faucet in the hallway bathroom sink was messed up, never fixed. Apartment wasn’t even clean when I moved in maggots in the freezer and refrigerator. Dead roaches in the kitchen drawers. The only good thing about this place is the office manager. All upper management only cares that you have 3 times the rent.
We’ve lived here for three years and here’s what we’ve dealt with since DAY ONE… -only one of three outlets in our third bedroom works..bathroom outlets don’t work..there’s been over a dozen promises of an electrician coming to fix it and they never show or they don’t know what they’re doing because this place pays random people who live in the building and aren’t certified to do maintenance -the ceiling fan only works if the light is off -the roof leaked for two years before they fixed it but they didn’t patch the ceiling w... read more
