property management is pretty much non existent. my dishwasher has been replaced once , the new one won’t drain right & they’ve been notified. i notified them within a week of them replacing it. it’s not been 3-4 months with the same issue & no solution. my A/C can’t keep up so every summer it’s at LEAST 80° in the upstairs apartments. my vehicle has been broken into twice , company also had theirs broken into. the neighbors smoke crack so hopefully you don’t mind the smell. roaches. floors have no extra padding so you hear ... read more
I contacted Letty, the property manager to discuss the possibility of moving there. She told me she had several apartments available and that they work with any type of credit. Nothing is wrong with my report but a few late payments and my 2 credit card were max out at the time which I paid them off right after I applied. With that being said I drove a hour away and went to look at the one she was showing at the time. I paid $75 for an application fee and was told I would get a call in about 3 days. Letty is very unprofessional. Paul is her boss. She literally uses him as an excuse on why she does what she does. When I moved in the dishwasher was broken never got fixed. Faucet in the hallway bathroom sink was messed up, never fixed. Apartment wasn’t even clean when I moved in maggots in the freezer and refrigerator. Dead roaches in the kitchen drawers. The only good thing about this place is the office manager. All upper management only cares that you have 3 times the rent.
