Found out the spare for the caravan had disappeared!!! After being rejected by Jayco Dubbo who then suggested I try Hannafords Well exceptional service new rim and tyre and securely placed back in its cradle we were off again. Probably something they do everyday but the impact they have on their customers particular situation cannot be underestimated Thank you very much
