19-Sept-2023 - I've decided to update this review due to recurring problems. I'm not one to give bad reviews normally, but the length at which I've been dealing with this latest problem necessitates it. To start, I will say that the pharmacy used to be phenomenal and I had zero issues. However, the last 6 months have seemed arduous in comparison to the last two years, namely that filling the same prescription under the same insurance has seemingly become far harder. This Pharmacy is the best you will find in Plattsburgh. The staff is always so kind, patient and knowledgeable that I won't go anywhere else. A true professional team of employees. 10 stars
Overall, great pharmacy! We have had a couple hiccups here and there, namely involving insurance or prescriptions getting "lost" but it's otherwise corrected. The staff is overall courteous but can come off as short and pointed.
