Entire home install with a 4 ton dual zone system. Everything was installed about 18 months ago. Nothing but problems. We’ve had 4 major failures so far, and at the worst possible times. When we call for service, they give us an appointment 10-14 days away. We’ve had yet to have them come out. I’m completely dissatisfied with this system. Pretty disappointed with hannaberry. They installed our new home hvac system. Had issues recently ac kept tripping breaker and they came out and diagnosed whole system as shot. Was told capacitor was shorted and motor was toast. 9500$ quote Had a electrican here a few weeks later who said the breaker was a mess and he replaced it and ac gas worked great all summer now. Dont really see how this is possible but felt the service charge of 140 should have been refunded since obviously the tech had no clue what he was doing. Peop... read more

I had a new unit malfunction, called, and they were very professional, courteous. They sent a tech as soon as was possible. The ladies on the phone provide great customer service.
