There is a public list of ***** ******** ********(LMT), PA registered plumbers - ( different to PA state HIC registration) As of yesterday Hannabery is still NOT on it - so is not allowed do any plumbing in LMT and cannot get a plumbing permit or be named on a plumbing permit in LMT. $60 and some paperwork but they refuse - or do not have the paperwork. I just purchased a new heating and cooling system from Hannabery. After 15 yrs.....the old system just died. I found the entire sales and installation process well organized with excellent communication. John and his brother William from the Clarkstown office arrived on time for the install and were extremely professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Our whole house fan was running continuously. A phone call to service and they made a recommendation... I tried it, and it worked! The problem was fixed immediately - no charge, and no unnecessary in-person visit, which is appreciated during this time of Covid 19. It's a bit belated ( I called last week), but thank you!
I have had Hannabery service heater in my homes now for over 20 years. Always have been pleasant and completed the job needed to be done. Always advice of cost and just what all needed to be done. Just had them out for emergency last night at 9PM. Completed work, cleaned up, replaced damage part in hour. Scott was excellent!
