This Doctor is very unprofessional, money-hungry and does not care about the children who go to this clinic. My son was diagnosed with a very serious health condition and needed immediate medical attention, Dr. Zielnik was very rude and insensitive, she didn’t even request my son to have complete in-depth bloodwork while we still didn’t know what was the cause of his symptoms. I recently had a terrible experience with this doctor she refused to see my children when they had a fever of 103. Despite their own illness, she insisted that my 4-year-old undergo an X-ray before deciding whether to prescribe antibiotics for pneumonia. Her approach felt dismissive and unnecessarily complicated, especially when dealing with a young child in distress. I was so frustrated and I switched her to a different provider the same day.
