You get what you pay for!!!! I decided to buy a part for my rv from Hanna Trailer Supply because I saw it cheaper compared to other in their website, the part that I received didn't work correctly, I did call Hanna to start a return/replacement and they said , "you need to contact the manufacturer, we don't offer warranty " $260 to the drain, I lost money but they lost a customer.

Please ignore my previous review. Turns out it was paypal who dropped the ball and did not inform me of their offer to make it right. Never leave a review when you are pissed off.....

I received my order for a pair of RV vents with trim very quickly. Upon opening the box 1 vent was fine, however the 2nd vent had the handle broken off. I emailed HannaRV about this with no response. I went to their web site and contacted them there about this, again no response. So I file a claim with Paypal and after reviewing I am to spend my money to send back their broken product for a refund! No thanks, they've gotten enough of my money. Just will not be buying anything else from them. Live and learn.....

I needed a manual winch for my pop up camper. I called and asked specific questions requesting a complete kit to ensure I had everything I needed for installation and set up. They gave me the item number to purchase and it was inaccurate. When I received my winch it did not have a crank handle. When I called them to request my handle thinking they had forgotten to place it in the packaging, they said the error was on my part.
