Many difficult experiences as a commercial renter. Rent “and fees” increased 25%, building not up to code, floods, HVAC, electrical issues, it is incredibly hard to speak to anyone or have phone calls/emails returned. After 15yrs my store will have to move or close with these new landlords’ policies and practices. The store across the street is also closing, same landlords. Great people, very kind, they don't even bother you if your rents late or notify you when you owe several hundred in late fee's. The only negative thing is that they don't take any form of debt or credit cards as payment for rent. It is 2023, and almost 2024 how is that possible? Anyways, they probably have some issues with Visa, I'm assuming or not.

Apparently they don't maintain the A/C in a commercial building. The business has to close early during the recent heat wave.
