I called Dr. Hanna Farris’s office to schedule a new patient appointment for my daughter. I was told that she is only accepting new pregnancy patients and was then abruptly hung up on. This was very disappointing and unprofessional. Even if she is limiting new patients, a polite explanation or referral would have been more respectful.
Dr. Hanna is an amazing doctor and a true professional! Thanks to him, my delivery went perfectly, and I welcomed my son on July 12, 2024. I would also like to give special thanks to Mae — she is incredible! Very attentive, kind, and caring, she was always there to support me, help me, and calm me down whenever I felt anxious. Thank you both so much, you are wonderful
The lady who recently took my vitals was very insensitive and was making fun of my weight mind you I’m pregnant also the lady who takes blood is very rude. The doctor is very nice and patient so is the lady that handles the insurance she is very sweet and welcoming no matter how many times I get her name wrong. Everyone else except the two people I mentioned is very rude they did not make me feel welcomed at all.
Dr. Hanna is an amazing physician. Doesn’t matter where you are in Broward county, he is honorably recognized as one of the best OBGYNs out there 30 years plus. He’s 5 stars. His front desk team however? 1 star. Mediocre. Bottom tier. They hold him back. They overbook appointments and leave you sitting there for over 1.5 hours for a checkup. I’ve been a loyal patient for years, and today I called to schedule an appointment only to be told they’re only accepting pregnant women. When I asked why clients weren’t notified of this change, the receptionist told me they were only told to inform people when they call. That’s incredibly unprofessional. Long-time patients deserve better communication and respect.
