POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I am moving my business account to major bank because of such a mistreatment I received from them. I went to close my account and to withdraw money, one of the lady complained that I give her too much work and she is so busy. She also shamed me when I forgot to write account number in one of the slips and called me "clumsy" and said "아 이 손님 자꾸 빠트리시네".
