Went to get cash from capital one debit account. However they said they dont have money 🤨. Also, can't speak English and poor service. Def not recommended this location.
This bank is ran by some very unqualified people. No customer service. If you called they let it ring then pick up and just hang up on you. Seems not enough staff to answer calls or even process mail that you sent in, example.... mailed mortgage check gets there on 4th of the month, they will process it 12 days later. Total chaos, nasty, horrible people to deal with at this bank. Needed help with my personal account too, no luck. no support. Absolutely regret doing any business with these total morons.
