Looked at a place on gladis . Guy showing was amazing. I explained the urgency and he gave me a contact for a Lisa . I quickly messaged her letting her know I was interested and explained my family’s situation. I expressed I was hoping for august 1 or 2nd and we need to be out of where we are and could be homeless. She said the process takes longer than that and brushed me off. She didn’t ask for the information from my employer or anything . She could have at-least tried to help us but she didn’t . Great experience with Hanlyn during initial phases of renting from them. Can't speak to ongoing experience as we haven't moved in yet but no complaints thus far! They have been thorough and responsive, and very willing to help and work with us. Looking forward to the rental experience!
