One of the worst experience we have ever had with this property management. 1st of maintenance was so slow. They would never pick up the call and never answer the mail unless they need us. Have moved to so many different places but this is the worst. My package from Amazon got stolen from outside the A block door. I don’t know what kind of people live inside. I’ve had a really good experience with Hanlyn Property Management. They’ve been responsive to requests and always courteous in our email exchanges. David, the maintenance technician, is very thorough, and the contractors I’ve dealt with have all been professional and easy to work with. Previously, I’ve only owned my home, so this is my first time leasing. Working with a solid property management team like Hanlyn has honestly made the transition smooth and put any concerns at ease. I’d definitely recommend them.
The tenants who live here in winter can experience the same temperature as outside. The air conditioner is not working and the repairman won't be able to fix it.
I got a very nice spacious unit in my budget, and the team was very supportive
