The worst Appraisal company i have ever dealt with in my entire life. For comps they do not compare apples to apples they compare apples to oranges plus they go outside of the neighborhood with a different zip code claiming that there is no sales around your home when my two neighbors from each side sold their properties less than 6 months ago and according to him there have been no sales in my neighborhood in the past 6 months.
