I moved to Des Plaines a year ago and installed my satellite in front of the building. Today January 2020 A year later, Hank *****and the board of hanlin decided to come take down the satellite without notice or a letter, at least knock at the door to have me informed. At 9:00 a.m I wake up to a drilling sound and find these people taking down my satellite. I try my best to be respectful and the best citizen I can be and this is how they treat you. First of all their current address is 81 N. Broadway, Des Plaines. I dont think they have been on Ellinwood for some time. The building manager promised my attorney a Condominium Questioner and Assessment Letter within 4 days for a $50 fee. 15 days later we hadnt received it and the closing had to be delayed. The manager never returned emails or telephone calls. Do your business with them in person at the Broadway address, otherwise they hide behind the telephone message. Just horrible.

This such a bad business. Do not respond to problems and a Board that doesn’t seem to care or doesn’t know what to do. No Service and they just keep paying. Sometimes it takes a year to fix the most basic problems. Board or Hanlin Mgt DO NOT communicate with those paying the bills.
