don't ever move here you will regret it from the manger to the staff to the water bill to the mold and dead termites everything is wrong with these apartments knock them down and build something else besides Hanley place apartments and they want to charge people so much for these apartments look if you care about your health don't move here🙌
Won't repair the buildings they manage and tenants are living with black mold. When tenants leave because of the deplorable conditions they send them bills and keep their deposits.
Pigs live here and there is virtually no maintenance. The owner/leasing company doesn’t care about the current health threat or the safety of residents. The office and owner are unresponsive to residents.
