This was my WORST car buying experience of all time. THE WORST, bar none. My wife wanted a Subaru Forester and as a surprise for her birthday, I brought her here because it was part of the Costco Car Buying group. I had an appointment but after a few minutes, the salesman Ron, turned us over to yet ANOTHER salesperson while he waited on an incoming customer. We chose the car and wanted to pay for it...cash.
