Ask for JOSEPH or JERMAINE!!!! JOSEPH or JERMAINE will take good care of you. They provide excellent customer service. They’re knowledgeable about the Toyota cars. You don’t feel pressured to purchase. They encourage you to shop around to prove that they offer the best price in the Bay Area for the vehicle/features you’re looking for (we did and they were right!). Highly recommend if you’re in the market for a Toyota. The whole experience was painless and was great working with them!
Great customer service & fast work
Got fairly prompt service. Shuttle was able to take my high schooler to school. One thing I didn’t think to ask but will now is what type of gloves are used when servicing the car. I have a latex allergy and found out after getting back in the car and driving it was irritating me. Called and the girl that answered the phone told me that they use latex. Will make sure I have that notes next time.

Took my vehicle for maintenance and when it was finally time to pick it up they couldn't find my key, waited easly 10 + min for them to find it. They also provided mr the wrong paper work, terrible.
