Had one of the worst experiences working with this dealer. The salesperson started off the call with snarky comments around why I am shopping around multiple dealers (like why would I not?). Then, he says he will match the specific offer I had in the color I want and I can come in the next day. Next morning, I ping him and he acts too busy and does not give me a cost breakdown as we agreed. The sales representatives wasn't clear and concise. By mistake I was under the impression that a major service/maintenance was required to uphold the cars warranty. This was a basic oil change that I could've easily done at any auto shop.. I was charged $360 for an oil change. Unfortunately I seen the details after the work was completed.
