I had an excellent experience working with Austin as my service advisor. From start to finish, he was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly friendly. He took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me updated on the progress of my repairs, and made sure I felt confident about every step. It’s refreshing to work with someone who truly values customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back and requesting Austin for future visits.
I’ve never had such an unprofessional experience at this Toyota dealership. Austin Jackson, the service advisor I dealt with was completely unhelpful, dismissive, and showed zero concern for customer satisfaction. From the moment I arrived, I felt rushed and ignored. Louie worked on my car, he was awesome
Never will I shop here again, based on an interaction with one salesperson. Previously, I had my car serviced here many times and had no issues. Not only was the salesman dismissive and borderline rude, he did not introduce himself, nor did he really know the vehicles (he had to read the spec sheet in the window) and then when we asked if we could drive something bigger, as we we torn between two sizes, he said no, we are only allowed to do one test drive per person per day.
