11/30/24 DO NOT HIRE THIS PERSON. Damaged my property, admitted to the damage, and agreed to pay for repairs. He has "ghosted" me for 11 months. Small claims case filed, but Marshall Co. Sheriff's office is unable to locate him. I do not recommend Hank's Tree Service. There are other honest tree contractors to choose from. If he is your final choice, I suggest the following: 1. Had a tree waaayyyy to close for comfort to the house that died out. Hank was awesome from the beginning, showed up timely for the estimate and even came back out again and showed me where he was going to drop it (had concerns about power lines and other structures). Sure enough he worked his magic and dropped it exactly where he said he would. 10/10 Thanks Hank :)
Hank does a phenomenal job! We had a huge tree that needed to be fell, but in a tight spot between our house and a church next door. He was able to take down the tree without hitting a single thing (including our fence.) He worked tirelessly for three days and was very precise with every cut. We would recommend him to anyone!

I called Hank”s Tree Service to take down a dead tree that had already dropped limbs and done damage to the garage roof. It was leaning over the garage and would have eventually fallen, taken out the garage roof, and likely part of the side of the house. He got back in touch in less than an hour and was able to get to my house less than 24 hours later and take the tree down. The tree was in a difficult spot to get to.
