Hanks was on time. They took our tree down as requested. They raked up the yard when finished. Friendly professional and included us in decision making of the process. They saved the boxwood bushes that surrounded the huge birch they took down.
Hank's Tree Service did a great job of removing 3 trees, 2 stumps and brush from our property. One tree in the back yard was hard to get to but they were resourceful and got the job done. They were able to do the job right away and were flexible with some last minute changes. The crew is polite and they did a great job cleaning up. We would use their service again.
We are really happy with Hank and his crew. He gave us a great deal on removing about 7 dying spruces and two maples and was able to start the day fter the initial quote. They got it done in two days of cutting down and one day of stump grinding the week of Christmas. They cleaned up the yard nicely, Hank did a great job grinding the stumps, and they left the maple in good size chunks for us to cut into firewood ourselves.
