Amazing service and kind staff! I had a flat tire on my way to work and staff were very kind to me through my stress and rush to get to work. They quickly were able to deal with the problem and send me on my way. Its amazing to run into people that truly care for their work and clients.

I used Hanks for the usual tire and storage service for a number of years and one day, a manager, who I liked, left Hanks, for reasons unknown to me. Not long after that manager quit or was terminated, I decided to take my Mercedes Benz R350 Turbo Diesel to Hanks for the oil change special I kept hearing advertised on 88 AM radio. The oil change 'special', ended up with oil flooding the entire engine compartment, above & below - and eventually - after the poor engine compartment cleaning job - and filter & O-ring replacement... read more
