I was very disappointed when picking up a $1000 order on Tuesday. The man working that day was basically rude and would not engage at all.... Just pointed at the credit card machine when I said who I was and was there for pick up. He would not engage when loading my car, I even asked him if my car could handle the weight and should I get my tires checked once loaded. He did say, "should be fine". I am an engaging person and as a woman, was really uncomfortable, to the point of feeling it was creepy!!!!
I never knew the place existed but I'm glad I do now they have every flooring and carpeting tool imaginable!
They had what we needed. It was VERY expensive.
Best place for flooring supplies.
