The owner took forever to get out to me and when time came for my new heater he damaged my walls and gouged my floor with the heater

I needed a new part for my Heat pump on a Friday afternoon. After calling several places that were no help, I called here and she offered to check their wholesaler to see if they had it. I emailed a photo of the part and she sent it to her wholesaler, verified they had it, then picked it up for me with some other parts they needed...all by 4 pm on Friday! I installed it and the heat pumps' back in business! I really appreciated the extra effort to help get the part for me on such short notice. Thanks very much!
