I had a back up in my main line and thought maybe the septic tank was full and needed pumped out and was possibly the cause for the back up into my house. I had used Hank's in the past and they did an awesome job. I called Hank's they came out as quickly as they could. Jeff was very professional and knowledgeable. He pumped out my septic tank but it did not solve my back up problem. Jeff went above and beyond just pumping the septic tank. Called on a Tuesday morning they came Tuesday afternoon, I'm new to septic systems so the information he gave me was amazing, the price was way cheaper than I expected, Thank you Jeff. I will use their service from now on.
AMAZING COMPANY!!! Called back and scheduled and was here as soon as they could be, we called another Warrensburg company three weeks ago and got no showed by them twice, will always recommend Hanks to everyone around Warrensburg even though they are located in Sedalia!
