I had a fantastic experience with Hank’s Plumbing Repair. From the very first call, the service was excellent. The woman who answered the phone was incredibly helpful and proactive in getting everything started. Shortly after, Hank personally called me to schedule a consultation and walked through everything that needed to be installed or repaired. I had a different company come to fix a shower that was slow to drain a few months ago, and they didn’t actually fix it or know what the issue was. I reached out to Hank’s plumbing online and received a phone call and email to follow up. They came at a time that was convenient for me. The guys were knowledgeable about what the issue was and had it resolved quickly. Hank and his crew were so helpful!

I own Lita's Salon. I was referred to Hank's Plumbing. Hank is very nice and professional. When I called, I got a quick response and they came out in a excellent time frame. They solved the problem quickly, with great customer service. I did not have to delay service at my Salon.

Tim is a rockstar! He answered the phone promptly (after hours on a Sunday evening) and was confident and reassuring during the aftermath of a leak discovered upon returning from vacation. He arrived quickly and had the issue taken care of in no time. Could not be more impressed. Hanks has won my repeat business.
