Really really sorry excuse for a small engine shop, I took a chainsaw into the Newport location some time ago that wasn't a Huskovarna to get it running, I was told that they charged a $25.00 fee for anything that was not a Husqvarna. So I paid the fee, and was told that they would call me when it was ready, the next day I received a call saying it was ready and it was running good. I am giving 2 stars only because the belt was in stock. I left feeling taken advantage of. I was quoted $80 plus tax over the phone for a lawnmower belt. Got there and was told $90 because of a credit card fee that “everyone charges.” It was listed on the receipt as shipping and handling. Customer service was unfriendly and almost annoyed that I questioned the extra charge. I called another local Husqvarna dealer after I bought it and they confirmed that the belt is $65. I would have walked right back in and returned the bel... read more
