Was truly disappointed �. Good thing it was a gift certificate that brought us there. Service EXCELLENT! Chateaubriand was chewy and had sinew, potatoes were cold -- baked potato � was cold. Vegetables were luke warm and the hollandaise sauce had the texture of cold butter...and cold. Chopped Salad was mushy textured and salty. For the price...oh... good Malbec wine �
We have gone to Hanks for seven years and we were never treated poorly until tonight when we had a coupon. The new or "new" manager literally called me a bitch with a coupon and then the cu*nt we have to deal with now. We have gone here for seven years but this is unacceptable.
Excellent food and excellent service. A little pricey but worth it.
