Excellent service from isaiah
My husband and I went to Hanks Furniture to buy a reclining loveseat, we found one that was very comfortable. We purchased an extended warranty for basically peace of mind, well the handle to pull the cord to recline wasn't working, I contacted the warranty company and was told they weren't going to fix my loveseat after you have to send photos and fill out a questionnaire , We went to the store to find out why? the warranty company didn'teven offer an explanation, and they threatened to call the police cause we got upset wi... read more
Hank's in Russellville, AR has been amazing getting us set up for dads knee surgery. We got a mattress, then after surgery they got me set up with a lifting chair for him. I feel like I have been fair and reasonable. I ordered my couch on April 17th, got it delivered on April 24th. That day, a light wasn’t working. Tech came out that day to fix and tore the fabric and the light still wasn’t working. I’m told they will have someone out the following week. Blah blah blah, etc etc… No tech has come out since Lights still don’t work Fabric has never been repaired And I have been told this and that since. Yes, April 24th until today…August 12th. My grandma and I went into Hank’s to look for a new reclining chair for her, and we found one! They had a great selection of all different cushion types, fabrics, and reclining styles. We were helped by Isaiah, who was very knowledgable, patient, and polite. Thank you, Hank’s!
