Working with Hankin and Pack Law has been a great experience. Working with Rob, Lisa, and Katie was exemplary. This team went above to get my client to the closing table. They communicated well and more importantly that were professional and friendly. Anytime I contacted them , they made themselves available and gave me their full attention. What more could I have asked for than working with such a great team. Looking forward to working with them again soon.
I rarely write bad reviews as I believe in supporting each other. I've closed with this attorney once before & did not have a good experience with the lady at the front office. She is very condescending. I chalked it up to her having a bad day. Unfortunately this time (6 months later)a different buyer fell in love with a home that a corporate seller owns & this was their preferred attorney. Closing was at 2, at 12:30 they call to push to 3. We agree, then a little after 1 they call again and ask to close at 2. Buyer heads ou... read more
Update, I got a call from John Hanken and I showed him how the Alpharetta office does not answer and he says he will get that worked out so it does not happen again.
