Excellent service & fast response from Attorney Jon Hankin and our closer Jacob. They are super awesome. My team and I will definitely use this firm again and highly recommend this firm.
You couldn't pay me to use these guys. If the other party in my transaction had other options I'd have looked into them.
poor communication, slow to move, not great when it comes to getting ahead of their own questions
Closing with very large publicly traded companies. The closing was delayed due to Hankin & Packs firm and I asked for a curtesy reduction in title costs due to this delay that the firm had created. They denied it, they also lied in a email about GA laws. They would not fund the transaction in time. I would say if you are doing any sort of transactions with this firm expect high fees, delays, bad communication and amateurs with no accountability from Mike or Alicia. Costed me $1000s in fees for no reason.
